In 1962, photographer Bert Stern took some pictures of Marilyn Monroe which turned out to be her last photoshoot. In an effort to piss on Marilyn's grave, Stern and New York magazine have recreated the famous shoot with Lindsay Lohan:
Forty-six years later, Stern has revisited his classic shots with Lindsay Lohan, another actress whose prodigious fame is not quite commensurate with her professional achievements. Stern, who shot the photos on film rather than digitally, told me he was interested in Lohan because he suspected "she had a lot more depth to her" than one might assume from "those teenage movies."
Stern went on to say, "'A lot more depth to her'" sounds better than
'I want to take pictures of Lindsay Lohan's tits', right? I mean, let me know
if I need to reword that."
Lindsay Lohan designed leggings have hit the all around! All three of them )) … For taking so long to design and release the line, you would think there would be more to choose from, however this is not the case! Poor Lindsay…
Honey, attending a few fashion shows doesn’t make you a designer.
The leggings feature kneepads or a zipper… oh, and metallic stirrups on the other. I am speechless.
Wait, no I’m not! These are crap! Seriously Lindsay, why? These are so ridiculous, and what made you think leggings were in at all? Kneepads? These things reek of happy hooker on 5th Ave, not high fashion chic.
Also there is this leopard ankle warmer thing, that could possibly work, at say, maybe an 80’s costume party.
And that isn’t even the worst part, besides being ugly and stupid, the pieces average about $100.00
Yeah, I know! Just because you are famous that doesn’t justify a hefty price tag. All these young stars that think they are designers need to get over themselves.
What do you think about?
Lohan and OK! are in talks to do a cover where Lohan "comes out" about her relationship with gal pal Samantha Ronson, and the mag has offered her "around $1 million to do the cover." One source said, "Lindsay really wants this to happen and she needs the money." Lohan's rep denies there's a deal, however, saying, "They sent offers and we passed." OK! said, "We don't comment on future editorial."
